Q. What is Bytemobile University?
A. Bytemobile University is a learning portal where you can take online learning classes and view a list of the courses you've completed. You can also use it to enroll in instructor-led and virtual instructor-led courses.
Q. How should I decide which courses to take?
A. Please refer to the course catalog for a list of available courses.
Q. How far in advance do I need to pay to get a confirmed seat in the class?
A. Bytemobile must receive payment 10 (ten) business days before the class starting date. Your class enrollment is guaranteed as soon as we receive your payment.
Bytemobile reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes one week prior to the scheduled date. We will inform you of any such change, and your fee for any cancelled class can be applied to another class or refunded.
Q. What is the maximum number of students in a class?
A. Eight students per class is the maximum.
Q. Why do you limit the number of students to eight?
A. These are hands-on classes, and we limit class size to ensure that all students receive optimal instructor attention and individualized access to their own lab equipment. This ensures an effective learning experience in return for the time and money invested in training at Bytemobile University.

Q. What is Bytemobile's class cancellation policy?
A. If you need to cancel your registration, you must inform Bytemobile at least 10 (ten) business days before the class is scheduled to either receive a 100% refund or apply your registration to another class.
